    Janet Jackson managed to lose that huge excessive fat in her body in just a span of four months. Although it seemed a little difficult for her in the initial time but she went on to follow strict life- good portions, nice, balanced meals. She began to quickly find changes in size in the very first week of her diet plan.

    An example of her diet put down by some websites are:  For breakfast : 6 Egg Whites and 1/3 cup of Oatmeal, for Lunch: 4 ounces of Chicken breast and Organic mix salads, for Afternoon Snack 3 ounces of grilled shrimp and 1 cup of mixed vegetables and for Dinner 4 ounces of grilled salmon and 15 grilled asparagus spears. Apart from this she ate regularly, regular sleep and complete cut on junk food.
