Sounds to me like you might be suffering from Depression. Check with your doctor as you may be the last one to recognise this problem.  It could even be as simple as 'lack of sufficient sleep' but you need it checked out.

You need to talk to your doctor.  You can do more harm than good diagnosing your self.  Agitation & lack of focus can be symptoms of anything from ADHD to Bipolar, etc.....

Also, the sooner you see the dr. the better, most states have something called Family Medical Leave Act (may not be the exact term) which protects you from loosing your job while being treated. It allows you to take x amount of time off for dr. apts. & sick time above & beyond what you're company allows. So see you're dr. first, then see your company's hr dept.

        Hi ttracy,

Both Mandysmom and SAHM1 are right.  You absolutely must see your doctor - and the sooner the better!

It might be that you need a mild relaxant, or (excuse my pushiness here) you might be in the perimenopause or menopause itself, or there may be another, underlying medical condition.

SAHM1 is correct - you can take, with approval from the boss, up to 12 weeks of leave under the FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act).  This does not apply to companies with less than 12 or 15 employees, however. (I had to take advantage of this when I had two surgeries in 2002).

It could be a lack of sleep, as mandysmom said, or it could be a vitamin deficiency.

Please call the doctor - TODAY, and be sure to let us know how you are.

Good luck.  My prayers are with you.

It sounds like depression to me, but get to a doctor or mental health professional.  I highly recommend it.  Life is too short, to spend miserable.  Feeling 'out of control' or 'out of the loop' can trigger depression.  Check it out!
