Is It True That Obesity Is Worse For Your Health Than Drinking And Smoking?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

Drinking and smoking can be extremely damaging to your health and various different medical conditions can arise through both of them. However, it seems that obesity is in fact more of a danger to your health than both drinking and smoking are. This is not good news for a country that has a rising problem with the condition. It seems that obesity within the UK has worsened by at least three times since earlier years and now it seems that something needs to be done to in order stop various health problems from occurring.

Obesity tends to cost the country around 3 billion pounds a year and it brings on various chronic illnesses too. The answer is simply regular exercise and a healthy eating plan and the government are starting to take steps in order to help with the problem. Obesity is a problem and it can be just as bad, if not worse than smoking and drinking.
