    The length of the triangle is 15 inches and so the width of the triangle is 10 inches. The perimeter will then be 2(15+10)=50 So the answer is

    L=15
    W=10

      Given: W= L-5

      & P = 50

      Solution:

      P = 2L + 2W = 50

      2L + 2(L-5) = 50 since W=L-5

      2L +2L - 10 = 50

      4L = 60 divide both sides by 4, so,

      L = 15, answer substituting L to W= L-5

      Therefore,

      W = 10 ^^ answer
