What Makes Your Head Itchy In Bed?

I know this isn't the feathers in my pillow. When I go to bed at night I always feel something itchy on the back of my head. It only goes away when I pull the covers over my head, but I have to make a peep hole to breathe, but then I feel the itchiness come back. Please tell me how to make it go away and tell me what it is. Thank you!! (sorry about the rambling sentences.)

Maybe it's dry skin. Maybe put some leave in conditioner before you go to bed.

I think what makes your head itchy in bed may be wet hair. I can't sleep with wet hair without itching all day the next day.

I think it is just nerve endings and the idea that you are thinking about it and it just magnifies itself.  Kind of like when someone says something about having poison ivy and then you start scratching.  use a clean pillow case and maybe cover your hair with a net.
