Yes everyone has pubic hair but it does not usually become thick until puberty and it can vary in length and color it could be long, short, curly, strait, red, blond, black or brown.

Most people GROW pubic hair - unless they have alopecia or some such condition. However, lots of people remove some or all of their pubic hair for aesthetic or hygiene reasons.
