    I Am Waiting For A Letter In The Mail For Trial, My Landlord Is Evicting Me, But I Want To Fight Him Because He's Wrong. What Should I Do?

    My rent is only sopuse to be $388.00 b/c i HAD section 8, but the landlord told me to pay him $500.00 and he wouldn't raise my rent, he recently started to get greedy in june he metioned something about more deposit and i have lived in the house for 2 years already, he posted photos on craigslist of the property but my kids are in the photos as well. I don't really know how to go about the whole thing, can anybody give me some advice PLEASE!!!!

    The best way to cope with the situation is to consult with lawyer. He will give you the best advice according to the situation. Your landlord doesn't have any right to demand more money from you if you have signed an agreement already.
