If they are indoor cats you need to treat the house as well putting 7-dust on the baseboards, up the vacuum, under furniture. You probably should treat the yard as well with 7-dust grains to keep the fleas outside from coming in. You seem to have done what you can do for the cats now you need to treat the areas I mentioned above. It is like any bug problem you have to find their main breeding grounds which is usually in your carpets, the vacuum cleaner, your couch and under beds.... Even the yard. Just think if the sweetie goes out to potty then they are bringing in more each time so treat the yard.

When you clean them, put cotton ball in their ears as the fleas try to hide there when you are bathing them. If they can't get into the ears, there is a better chance of getting rid of all of them. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
