I don't know if i need to wash the items in the suitcase out doors before bringing them case included into the house.

There must be some type of repellent that can be used to prevent bedbugs. Go onto google.com and research your question. They are most likely to have an answer.

Just my opinion, but I read an article in Readers Digest about a couple who stayed in a hotel while vacationing. They brought the bedbugs home with them in their soiled laundry and had to finally call an exterminator to rid their house of them. They also had to wash EVERYTHING and put the articles into plastic bins.
So I would say that it is a good idea to wash and spray items which you took on your stay, outside before bringing into your home.
