You cant get your belly pierced at 13 without a parent, its not legal , you have to have a parent with you , or wait till your like 16 or 18 to get it done without a parent. I wishedd you could get your belly pierced without a parent at the age of 13 , but u cant which is a shame. :(

Umm nope i dont think so but im pretty sure you can get it done all you have to do is take someone that is over 18 with ID that is related!!!!!

Well you can ... If they believe your 16 or over,my sister got hers done at 13 and they believed she was 18! Otherwise you have to get it pierced with a parent. =]
