Is it ok to feed Syrian hamster fresh vegetables such as carrots and broccoli.Also my hamster is just as awake in the morning as he is at night,is this normal?

Hamsters enjoy all sorts of fresh fruit and vegetables. I think the only things you really shouldn't feed them are meat and dairy products.
As for sleeping patterns, let them sleep when they're asleep and try to play with them when they're awake. Whilst they are nocturnal, hamsters may well adjust their sleep patterns to their environment, such as feeding time.

Yes Syrians eat almost anything but sweets and chocolate,spicey food,hot and pickled food. :)
