Tiny bugs.... Crickets, mealworms, flies, fruit flies, pretty much what you can catch or buy at a pet store. Do not feed it fireflies they are poisonus. Don't feed it anything with a hard shell like beetles for they are to hard for some to digest. I could better help you if I knew what type of lizzard you had. Some lizzards are homnivors and like both bugs, amall rodents and veggies. This sight was alot of help for me www.kingsnake.com
