Follow this instruction..
1. First log on to MySpace.com.
2. Select User or friend whom u want to Block.
3. After selecting User or Friend a new dialog box appears..
4. New dialog box as Connecting (user name e.g connecting ayaz) where in second line and third option is Block User then click on to Block User to Block....

Go to their friend page, right under where their picture is, there are a bunch of options, on of them is to block them. I dont know of a quicker way, so you'll have to do this for every person you want to block.
