How Does One Make Vegetarian Burgers?

    In order to prepare vegetarian burger try the following recipe. Cook around 400 grams of lentils and one cup of brown rice and keep aside. Mash the lentils until they form a soft smooth pulp. For this purpose a potato masher can be use. Put the pulp in a large vessel along with the brown rice, two sliced onions, a carrot preferably grated, some breadcrumbs, some whole meal flour and a few drops of soy sauce.

    Cut the mixture into the desired shapes, usually circular or oval by using a cutter. Place them on a tray that is greased and bake in a hot oven (160-165C) preferably for half an hour.  Put these cutlets in between two slices to burger bread.  Serve them hot with tomato ketchup and French fries.
