Any Plans For A Snow/mud Free Chicken Run?
Most chicken runs are flat roofed and open allowing snow and muddy conditions inside the runs. Any suggestions to keep chickens happy in the snowy winter months.

Wow! Nothing like preparation. If you can't raise the floor, even by putting pallets down, then I would firstly put sawdust on the floor, followed by wood shavings. Then I would top with straw. The sawdust and shavings will hopefully absorb the water, and the straw can be changed regularly to give a fresh dry surface to walk on.
