I work at an Animal Shelter and a goose was confiscated; none of us know what to feed it and it's now 72 hours since he's eaten. What should I feed him?

The geese feed heavily on the stubble in the rice fields. So to start with, give it a large plate of rice and then some grains. Once it starts eating it you should keep on feeding with rice and grains.

If the goose is wild, there is a feed product specifically for wild geese. You can find it through your local feed mill. Our domestic geese are fed corn (medium chops) and all the grass they want.
