BPO is the Business Processing Outsourcing and it is the kind of outsourcing. During this type of outsourcing, a contract of the operations and responsibilities is made with a third party. In this way the business try to obtain efficiency in one particular function. For example, if Coca Cola Company manufactures the products and it outsources the services of the supply chain from another company then it is the example of the BPO.
