First think of what kind of poem you would like to do like a haiku, or something that rhymes
then think about what you want to right about. Like how you are doing, or some of the good times you've had with and experienced with them.
Show some emotions in it too to spice it up a bit
maybe write about there birth
and previous birthday party
or maybe write about some of yours or their achievements
