Dove gets my vote. I've used it for many years because it has more cream in it. Doesn't dry out your skin.

If you are just choosing between those two brands, Dove would be the better of the two..Irish Spring is not bad, but its a deodorant soap, to be used on your body only...NEVER use deodorant soaps on your face, EVER..........
