Our Kitten Has Diarrhea: What Do We Do?
We found a 4 week old kitten under feed,weak. It plays now runs around,has a appetite like all get out,problem is after it eats it has diarrhea,vet said plain chicken,rice but we still have problem,what can we do for her please help....

Try giving her a small does of pepto-bismol after you feed her. Give her about 1tsp per/weight. Also stop using plain white rice. Try using brown instead it has more nutitonal value then white rice and will help with making her stools more solid. That is what a vet told me when I had the same problem with my cat. It worked for me so hope it works for you as well.

Try leaving out the chicken and use just the broth and brown rice. White rice is usually bleached and has little nutritional value. When the stools seem more firm then add the chicken gradually. Remember quick change in diet can cause runny stools.
