It depends-there are obviously a whole lot more factors to it than your signs, but it could go either way. Virgo is the sign of the virgin-in my experience, this often ends up with these individuals being on one end of the spectrum or the other...sexually repressed, or very freaky and rather 'loose'. I have known a few that have started as one and switched, usually due to a relationship that changed everything.
Scorpios are the sign known mainly for being incredibly sexual, passionate people. Every scorpio i've met fits this stereotype, but of course, i've by no means met all of them. It seems that between these two, the biggest issue might be how they connect when it comes to physical intimacy.
I think that the main thing to focus on here is how well you match as individuals, not as star signs. There's just way too much more to it than the respective boxes you each share with a few hundred million other people!
