After 2 Weeks The Sting Marks Are Still Raised And Red And Are Itching. What Can I Do?

I was stung by a jellyfish in Charleston, SC about two weeks ago. I put vinegar and baking soda on it and it seemed fine. Now, the marks are still raised, red and itching like crazy. Is the Jellyfish venim still in my skin? How did I get it out? What can I do to move along the healing process? Thank you.
