    Why Do I Have Colds And Keep Sneezing Every Time I Wake Up In The Morning Or In The Afternoon, After Nap Time?

    I notice for the past 5 months that every time I wake up, I keep on sneezing and I have colds. Is that an allergy or something?

    You may be run down if you get frequent colds.  You may need to work on your diet;for instance do you eat enough fruit and vegetables?  You may have allergies! Your best bet is to see a doctor who most likely can tell you specifically what the problems are  and how best to treat them. Otherwise you may be playing guessing games for a long time!
