You don't necessarily have to have a cable. Unless you're trying to put them on your computer without having to pay the picture message sending fees that is. If you don't want to incur any fees from your provider, you would need to go to your phone company store & purchase a USB cord that is compatible with your make of phone.
If you don't want to deal with that hassle & have free pic messaging, just send them to your email (put the email address into the "To" field instead of a number) then do what you want with the pics from there!
