How do you know if you have heart disease? I have chest pain often and have had several test done but nothing was found wrong.

    The most common symptom is angina which can be described as a discomfort, heaviness, pressure, fullness, squeezing or painful feeling in your chest. Some other symptoms are:

    Shortness of breath
    Palpitations
    A faster heartbeat
    Weakness
    Nausea
    Sweating

      There may be none-however heart disease can be accompanied by angina,chest pains,shortness of breath,dizziness and high blood pressure.

        The common symptoms of heart diseases are: Dyspneoa, rapid, weak irregular pulse, subnormal temperature, cyanosis, generalized oedema, chest or abdominal pain, anorexia, and anxiety.
