You cant receive it in cash unless you have a visa logo on it..you could go to atm and see..but you will have to activate the card by calling the number on it with the red sticker make a 4 digit code.. Or go shopping anywhere with whatever the logo is visa, mastercard, and i don't know the other logos on it... Good luck and enjoy shopping...eating or going to movies.....
