Between 3.4 and 4.5. If it is too low, you should eat potatoes, orange juice, bananas, tomatoes, broccoli, brown rice, soybeans, and apricots, even garlic. If it is too high, you need to see a doctor for this, as you can go into cardiac arrest from it. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
