There are several reason that why so many people are over weight. It is an important fact that our metabolic systems play an important role in reducing our weight. People who have low metabolic system usually take more time to reduce weight as fats are stored in their bodies and their metabolic system is also not working in fast manner .That's why those people take some time in reducing their weight. Drink water in the morning, at the moment you wake up. This is the most rapid weight loss method.
In the breakfast take some fruits like apple, bananas or use organic food like plain yogurt, carrot, raw honey and so on. Develop the habit of going for a walk at least for an hour.
