    Pear Tree Bridge is also written as two words, namely Pear Tree Bridge. It is an area located to the southeast of the city of Milton Keynes. Milton Keynes is a city in the county of Buckinghamshire in England. Pear Tree Bridge derives its name from a canal bridge and a farm of the same name, namely Pear Tree Canal Bridge and Pear Tree Farm.

    The locality of Pear Tree Bridge has a street called Waterside Street which derives its name from the Waterside canal, and two other streets named Chadds Street and Troutbeck Street. Chadds Street and Troutbeck Street derive their names from the last names of two former landowners who lived in the area, who were influential people in the Peartree Bridge community. The grid square in the locality of Pear Tree Bridge is elongated. It is situated between the v8 and the Grand Union Canal. The grid square was developed in the year 1974.
