    Yes, they do. Carrots actually contain vitamin A which has been proven to maintain good eyesight.

      Yes, in fact, they do. In order to see, your eye uses a light pigment called rhodopsin. It is this pigment which allows your eyes to absorb light which enters through the pupil. Carrots contain vitamin A, which is a vital component in producing this pigment. So yes, eating carrots will help your eyesight, or at least help maintain it.

        Carrots don't really help you see any better in the day time or night  time.
