Look, this is perfectly normal. Some guys hang low (with little penile retraction after erection has subsided), some guys go the natural turtle way (full retraction, giving the impression of smaller size).
Neither is more 'normal' than the other, and it has nothing to do with erect size, and lets face it, that's what actually counts, eh?

  It sounds like you're a bit obsessed with this normal thing. There is no way that you can accurately measure a flaccid penis. That's just like the weather, if you don't like it just wait five minutes cause it's most likely going to change. You decide normal by looking at what you have and that my friend is NORMAL. Normal for you is not the same for the next man. Close maybe give or take but still not the same!

Absolutely normal, and quite big when erect, lucky guy, cold will make it shrink and retract for warmth.
