 How do you write a business letter?
The trip for Mexico during spring break has been cancelled due to bankruptcy of the bus company. You must tell 25 of your classmates that the trip has been cancelled and that they have lost their $100 deposit. How will you convey the information and still uphold their goodwill toward you?

 A business letter is not the same the normal letter which we write to friends or family, according to it we have to write politely and properly, so there are the books for it to tell us how to write it correctly, it need to describe brief and clear and focus to the main object that we want to express.
