How To Write Letter To Manager About Goal Not Met?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

A manager does not want excuses on why a goal was not met. A manager needs a compromise, a point by point action plan on how you will meet next period's goals. A letter should include a summary of the actions you DID DO in the past period, and what factors (may be external or internal) affected performance. The action plan should follow.
