How Do I Get A Flat Stomach?

I'm fourteen and I weigh 135 pounds and I am 5 6'. It's like I have a spot just under my ribs that is lacking muscle I was wondering what exercises I could do to improve it.

    Crunches and sit ups work best for flattening the stomach. You can also try bringing about some changes in your routine in order to have a lean figure. Try these:
    - Walk/jog for at least 30 minutes everyday
    - Eat at least 6 almonds every morning.
    - Buy a  DVD and workout at least 2-3 times a day.
    - Cut down bad carbs like potatoes, pasta, white rice, bread.
    - Drink skimmed milk
    - Drink plenty of water.
    - Stop eating 3 hours before sleeping at night.
