Can I Download Ringtones Onto A Motorola I290?

Hello. I have the Motorola i290 phone, and have had  problems downloading ringtones. I've tried all the sites that ppl have recommended (ventones.com, tonethis.com, ..etc) and could not seem to get a single ringtone on my phone, through direct download or texted to your cell.

   *The answer may be found at motorola.com/iden. It gives links to the manuals for each phone. Also, I found a list of all motorola phones and their audio capabilities and the i290 was not listed as one of the phones with these functions. If you can get the stupid thing to sync with your cpu, you may be able to make tones with one of these ringtone generators.. But good luck with that.

     *Your best bet may be to buy them from boost mobile. (I think they're like $2.99 each.) Just make sure you have enough money in your account. I've found that you have to have an extra $2.50 in your account balance on top of the price of any apps / tones.

     *My review of the i290:
I have had numerous problems with this phone. I called customer service (which sucks as well) 3 times for support in the first week. My funds would not go into my account. The internet is obsolete, web connection poor, the GPS will not work, and the factory apps are useless. The menus (as in most Motorolas I've used) will send you in circles, which can be quite frustrating. I've had some trouble receiving texts also. They just won't download. In conclusion, It's a decent phone for making phone calls..But what did you expect for $50 a month unlimited?
