Where Is Woolton?

Woolton is a suburb of Liverpool, Merseyside which is located in the south of the city. It is surrounded by Allerton, Hunts Cross and Gateacre. To its east lies Halewood. Today it is seen as being a very plush suburb and one of the reasons it is most famous for it because it was here that legendary musicians John Lennon and Paul McCartney of the Beatles first met. The housing here is said to be fairy detached but even then some well-preserved terraces still survive here. It is also a favourite hangout for celebrities owing to its numerous inns and pubs that it has to offer. The place also boats of a few historical sights, some of which today have been altered.
