Do I Need A Science Gces To Become A Teacher?

I am interested in training as a teacher and are hoping the qualifications i have will be enough to get me on a course. I have maths and english gcse but no science. Would my A/s level science in society be condsidered enough to get me on a course.

    Well, it depends upon the subject you want to teach. So if you want to teach some science subject then you need a GCSE in science otherwise you don't need to have it in a case you want to teach some other subject.
