My friend is using wireless laptop which he mentioned that he had broadband too (i don't really get what he mean). He told me 1 day that he want to use my broadband modem. He is working in IT company and i would liked to find out, will he be able to access to what i had been doing in my PC? Eg: The website i access before?

Yes, it is safe only sharing your modem can not harm your pc by any means unless and until you open your drive for him. ( drive sharing or any other kind of folder sharing ). If you are sharing a same modem connection then it means you are sharing your total bandwidth with him nothing much.
