You need not worry when your boyfriend says that you are fat. He might be just teasing you. If he is and you do not like it, you can calmly tell him that you do not like it when he says that. You can tell him that girls get quire sensitive when boys call them fat. Boys do not mind when somebody calls them fat because they ought to be. You can also try and confront your boyfriend by saying that if he thinks you are fat, why is he still with you. This will make your boyfriend realize that what he said was wrong and he will apologize. But, if you think that way too that you are getting fat, it is always better to lose those few pounds by doing regular exercises.
