What Are Ballet Flats?

Ballet flats are soft shoes that are one of the main shoes to dance in. Men use them all the time and women use them until the ages 10-15 and then move up into the point shoes but still alot of the time use flat shoes.

Well they are just ballet slippers that you could get in canvas, leather and im not so sure wat else but after doing ballet for a few years and you have strong ankles calves and back then you could move onto pointe shoes which are more hard to balence and dancing in but once your teahcer teaches you how to dance in them its very fun, well thats what i think :)
