    My Puppy Has A Broke Leg, Will It Heal On Its Own If I Do Not Have The Surgery?

    My dog got hit by a car and the x-rays show that he has a broke leg and hip. I do not want him to get the surgery.

    No, it won't heal properly on it's own... Especially given that the hip is involved... He may never walk on it again.  the best case scenario, he'll end up with a permanent limp... But there's also the chance that he'll be in constant pain.  See another vet for a second opinion if for some reason you don't have confidence in yours... But in the end, you have to do right by your dog, and he's hurting.

      Yes it will heal on it's own, but your dogs leg may heal wrong and cause your dog to have a limp when he/she walks. It will be the best thing you can do for your dog taking he/she to the vet.
