What Are Some Exercises I Can Do To Increase My Speed & Endurance In My Groin Muscles?

It's just something I think my girlfriend would enjoy. I would just like a few exercises that could help me build up the muscles in my pelvic & groin area

    Running, jumping, push ups are good to increase your stamina. You can build any muscle by taking exercise with routine. Visit the following website to check 300 different exercises and their video.

      textSquats and Lunges are the best exercises you can do for the inner thigh and butt.  When your doing squats make sure your back is STRAIGHT UP AND DOWN and hold a medicine ball out with your arms straight.  That should do it!
