Tell him you want a new car BMW. If your looking for something more simple then maybe a new touch screen cell phone or a new flat screen tv. Better yet just ask him to spend the weekend with you and watch a movie you have never watched or stay in a nice hotel for a day or two. If your not that fancy then tell him to give you a gift card to your favorite store. If he's a really good boyfriend and he treats you nice then tell him your happy just having him around and you don't need anything.

Think of something you really want or something you need and if you cant think of something than you can always tell him to surprise you tell him to pick something from his heart
