I have been going thru menopause for quite some time now and hot flashes were awful as well as the mood swings! My doctor would not put me on hormone replacements because cancer runs rampant in both sides of my family. However, I found a great solution that you can get at any health food store! It is called, "Black Coash". I believe that is how you spell it. I think they carrie it at discount stores and at the pharmacy.I also had someone tell me that a herb called, "Cat's Claw" also works, but I never tried it. Goodluck!
