I have seen this many times, it's usually the new people to the site that don't ask the questions. I get a little leary about that sometimes, but accept the friendships anyway. I don't like to turn people away. But, really those are usually the only ones that I see.

I think you may be right, sometimes you have to get your feet wet, jump in and ask something, rate something, answer something. What would happen if nobody asked anything? To keep things interesting we have lots of categories. Part of being human is our quest for answers. Who, what , why and how. Thanks tiggs for your input.
