I Need Help With My Weight. Who Can Help Me?

I Feel Really Fat. I'm 15 and 5'0 and I'm 107 pounds. It Might Not Seem That Fat But I Feel Huge! Last year i starved myself for quite a long time and then i stopped and now i have gained so much weight. I'm thinking about going back to starving myself again because it made me feel good about my body and didn't make me feel selfconcious constantly. I Dont Know What To Do To Lose Weight. I jog a mile everyday and it doesnt seem to lose any weight. I try eating healthy but its really hard. I think i need a daily meal and exercise plan but i cant come up with one. This Is My Last Option.

    Make two objectives. Firstly, no further increase in weight. Secondly, reduction in weight. Do not reduce your diet but make it balance. It should lack fats completely, minimum protein. You can eat carbohydrates. Don't eat bakery food including bread. A jogging which causes shortness of breath and this shortness should continue for 30 minutes.

      Well losing weight is an issue to most of the people. But I can give you glimpse on how you can do this.
         Wake up early morning with garlic. Learn to eat garlic and fresh juice(not factory packed).crush two small round cloves of garlic fresh and mould them to small balls to swallow them using juice.
          Do not eat starch foods for a while but substitute this for onions and tomatoes every lunch.
         During the course of the day take water more oftenly at all times to make your stomach feel satisfied.
         Eat fruits and vegetables on you way to bed.
      This will work for you. Do this just for 2 weeks. Remember to do exercise every morning.
