Due to the repetition of and the severity of the crime its doubtful if it will ever be expunged or erased as it should have been once you became an adult, but now its too late, sorry

Unless you were tried as an adult, that juvenile record should be sealed. I don't know what state you are in but I am assuming 2nd degree is some sort of a plea or that yo were not the initial cause of the death so I don't know why it would have remained as public record.
