Take it to your local s.p.c.a. There be able to help you if there's not one close , try your vet and explain the situation - make arrangements to pay off the bill . Vets do understand and they do care for pets . The vet will understand . Ask him if he can refer you to somebody -like animal shelter - who'll be able to help as well .
