Why Does Adding Water To Baby Formulas Make Babies Sick?
I just found out from the news that adding water to baby formulas make babies sick. One woman almost killed here baby-- by accident. She loved him very much; she was cruel.

I have never heard of that causing problems. Most doctors say to add extra water to formula to relieve constipation.... Seems strange....

I have heard of a doctor saying to "Give an infant water during thier feeding schedule if they are consipated, if a baby drinks 3 ozs of formula, then you give the baby 2 1/2 oz of formula and 1/2 oz of water. I'm 49yrs with 2 healthy children ages 29yrs and 9 yrs. And Grandmother of 2 grand children ages 1 yr and another age 4 monhs.
If formula is all ready ready to feed from the can it must not be diluted!!! If it is powder then you add water!! Never, never diluted babies formula that comes from the can unless it is concentrated and says add water (more than what is needed) then you add what the can says! If you dilute a babies formula ,you strip away the vitamins and nutrients that makes the formula what it is!!! My ex-sister in law did that same thing so she can save money, needless to say my niece almost died from malnutrition.
