Today is 8th Dec and if you are 16 weeks pregnant on this day then your possible day of conception can be 1st September. This calculation is true for 28 day cycle. Conception date is always approximate not exact. Because ovulation takes place at mid of the cycle but some ladies can ovulate early and some late.
